ABOUT MH

MH Vertical (“MHV”) is a Daphne, AL based construction company that specializes in turning land assets into cash flowing investments.  Founded by United States Marine Corps roommates, Ron Yaeger and Nathan Cox, MHV delivers a unique value proposition to its clients by bringing decades worth of both construction and development experience to the table.  MHV isn’t just another general contractor looking to be all things to all people while trying to build anything and everything.  The company was created to facilitate the monetization of BTR and MF land holdings owned by its affiliated development and investment partner, 68 Ventures, so it understands what it takes to make a project work wholistically.

MHV leans in from the onset to assist in the entitlement, permitting, and underwriting process because it is of the belief that if the client can’t realize its investment objectives, then the project doesn’t need to move forward.  Its principals are developers and investors themselves, so they fully appreciate what all goes into converting land to cash flow.  MHV always wants it success to be fully aligned with that of the client.

NATHAN’S LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

Nathan believes that if you align yourself with exceptional people, put their needs ahead of your own, and are willing to outwork everyone, good things will happen. He strives to live out his personal purpose statement: “To see all I can do with all that I have been given by always going for it, never settling, and remaining true to who I am, while striving to be a creator and not a taker. On judgment day, my life will have been deemed a success because I will be able to say, ‘I have nothing left. I used everything you gave me.’”
